1. Application overview
Athan Pro: Islamic App (hereafter “the App”) is a mobile application enabling users to display prayer times based on their location, access the Qibla direction and receive customizable prayer reminders.
2. Acceptance of Conditions
By installing and using the Application, you fully and unreservedly accept the present General Terms of Use (GTU). If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the Application.
3. Access and Features
The Application is accessible free of charge and requires no registration. However, some functions require a connection via Firebase Auth (Google and Apple).
4. Data Collection and Use
The Application uses Google Analytics to analyze usage and improve the user experience. Location is only used to calculate prayer times and Qibla, with no history storage. The last recorded position is saved locally on your device.
5. Responsibility of the User
The user undertakes not to use the Application in a way that is fraudulent, illegal or likely to harm others.
6. Limitation of liability
The Application is provided “as is” without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation. The publisher cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions or damage resulting from its use.
7. Modifications to the GCU
We reserve the right to modify these TOU at any time. Users will be informed of updates via the Application.
